About Us - Our Board

The Organisation is governed by a Board of Management, who are responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. Each Board member has particular experience and skills, and a unique connection to the health industry.

That connection to the health industry is typified by the Chair of the Board David Wenban, who is the principal of Health Financial, and has had a diverse career including his first career was as a nurse, before moving through various levels of management within the health sector and most recently to his current role as a lawyer. With his formal clinical, management and legal qualifications, for which he is often in demand throughout the health, community and welfare sector as a consultant.

Raylene Wenban

The Managing Director of Salary Options, who in her previous nursing career had extensive experience in the clinical setting as an educator and clinician.

Ignatius Oostermeyer

An Oxford graduate with a Masters in Economics, and experience as the secretary of a trade union and as a department head in government, Ig has over a decade of experience as a lawyer in the health sector.
