Salary Options is an initiative of the Health Financial and the Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association (VHIA).
As a port of its health industry focus, Health Financial and Salary Options provide a salary packaging service that caters for V.H.I.A members and understands the specialised nature of the health industry. We are service focused and take a “hands on” approach to delivering our services.
The core philosophies that Salary Options have implemented include:
- The recognition and use of salary packaging as a strategic staff recruitment and retention tool
- The active management of organisational risk through effective compliance methodologies
- The implementation of targeted and responsive staff education programs to improve the knowledge and use of Salary Packaging,
- Regular monitoring and communication to our clients in all aspects of salary sacrifice / packaging legislation and associated practices, ensuring that our employer groups are informed about industry practices or potential impact of change in this area.
