Mr. John Drill CPA

Managing Director of Salary Options Pty Ltd.

John has direct experience in the public service while working in various capacities in the Federal Public Service for 12 years.  He has experience in Internal and External Auditing of Health providers, Local Government, Educational Institutions and Community service organisations.

John has undertaken a number of contract engagements in the Health Sector, including:

• A major 3-month project in a large health service to evaluate accounting systems and improve reporting.
• Preparation of annual FBT returns for an organization with over 3,000 employees, including reconciliation of Capped Benefits, Motor Vehicle leasing and allocation of shared benefits to individual employees.
• Establishment of policies and procedures for a Health related PBI providing Salary Packaging for its employees for the first time.  As well as training internal staff on best practice procedures.
• Presenting seminars to stakeholders on the salary packaging process.

John is also a trainer for VHIA covering topics such as FBT Basics, FBT and Motor Vehicles and GST Basics. He has a diploma in Financial Planning, which ensures he can give general advice regarding both taxation and general financial arrangements.

Ros Portbury

Ros has extensive experience in administering salary packaging and payroll within a health environment. Her previous employment consist of six years with a national salary packaging company and also extensive banking and financial adminstration experience.  Ros has an excellent knowledge of the legislative requirements of packaging and can help you with the best option to maximise your take home pay.

Michele Dedman

Michele has had considerable experience in superannuation processing, payments, advice as well as payroll liasion. She also has considerable experience in customer service.

Rebecca has 3 years experience in Salary Packaging and is working towards a degree in Accounting

Roxanne is still completing her VCAL and works full time in office supporting our Salary Packaging Administrators. Roxanne brings enthusiasm and energy to our team.

Sandra has held management positions in the salary packaging as well as in the health industry, including Deputy Chief Executive Office and Corporate Services Manager.

Sandra is skilled in developing a tailored customer service approach for organisations and is passionate about salary packaging education.
