Salary Options have a broad base of clients in Melbourne and Regional Victoria ranging from small rural Community Health Services to large Hospitals and Healthcare Organisations. The VHIA formed Salary Options to provide comprehensive and quality salary packaging to the health industry both in Victoria and elsewhere in Australia. Our Managing Director Mr John Drill holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and undertake ongoing professional development and is a member of CPA Australia and is regularly reviewed for adherence to the society's' professional standards. The Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association (VHIA) is the largest employer based organisation in the health industry. It is a registered employer organisation under the Workplace Relations Act 1996. Its membership includes hospitals in both the public and private sector, community health organisations, aged care facilities in the public and private sectors, disability services organisations, GP Divisions, ADA (Vic), Blood Bank and similar organisations, College of Optometry, Australian Speech Pathologists, Victorian Podiatry Association, College of Nurse Practitioners, Medical and Dental Practices and Aboriginal Controlled Health Organisations. |
